Warranty & Claims

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in material or workmanship.
  • Protection against peeling, cracking, or fading of the hydrophobic layer for 5 years.
  • Areas that have been properly applied and maintained.

 

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to misuse or improper application.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Product misuse, such as exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools, or poor maintenance.

 

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. If you experience any issues with your product, please contact our customer service team at info@rioguard.au or via our online form.
  2. Provide your order number and include proof of the issue, such as photos or videos.
  3. We’ll review your claim and respond within 3-5 business days to resolve the issue and guide you through the process.

 

Change of Mind/Return Policy:

  • If for any reason you change your mind, you can return the product for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
