Returns are accepted for purchases made exclusively through our website.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

• Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• No restocking or handling fees apply

• Refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping

• Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days
